Abstract

Abdul Rahman bin Ahmed Al-Jami ، was born in the village of Khorasan and learned the religious sciences. He completed his religious education until he excelled in all knowledge. Then he accompanied the Sufi sheikhs, and from that he gained abundant knowledge of Sufism. He was famous for his knowledge of Khorasan and other cities, to the point that the Sultan of the Romans, Bayezid Khan, summoned him to his country. And send him various and varied prizes. So, he travelled from the country of Khorasan to the country of Byzantium, and when he reached Hamadan, he said to the one to whom the Sultan had sent him, “I have complied with the Sultan’s order until I arrived here
