Abstract

Maulana Sarfaraz Khan Safdar was born in the village Dakki cheera of district Mansihra kpk , he started his early education from great scholar Gulam Ghaus Hazarwi & many other great scholars of that era later on he visited Dar ul Uloom Deoband to complete the knowledge of shariah, he was thought Hadith from Moulna Husain Maddani, he wrote many books .he also wrote Tafseer Zakhira tul Jinan fi Fahm il Quran. This Tafsir is very simple, clear,  and extremely useful to locate brief explanations of verses in the lite if seerah, his students say he kept teaching Dars e Quran for fifty years continuously every day.in his explanation of the verses , he quotes Quranic verses,hadiths, seerah & historic books, different scholars. Then he goes on to prove the position which, according to him,is weightier, of course, with arguments and sometimes proops.The deduction of juristic injunction, seerah, and ruling from the noble Quran are the subjects of this book. so there are exhaustive discussions on seerah , jurisprudence, and articles of faith.
