Aspects of Countryside in the novel “Al Bayda’’ by Dr. Yousuf Idrees

Abstract

This research paper aims to studying the topic “Aspects of countryside” in the novel “Al Bayda“by Dr. Yousuf Idrees.  The novel” Al-Bayda” by Youssef Idris is a unique novel in the humor of the experience in the Arab world. It is known that Dr. Youssef Idris is the pioneer of the short story in the Arab world.  According to the some other scholars, he is one of the few who excelled in the field of short stories. He has the same skills in writing novels.  It’s a very attractive novel. Only Youssef Idris can turn a simple story into a wonderful novel.

This paper consists of a preface two chapters and conclusion. In the 1st chapter gives brief introduction of Dr. Yousuf Idrees. The 2^nd chapter explains the aspects of the countryside in the novel “Al-Bayda”.
