Liberation tendency in Iraqi literature

Abstract

The liberation tendency was found in the existence of man on earth, and accompanied him in his civilized, creative and practical paths, it had its own effects and ability to change. A number of factors also had strengthen the liberation tendency as well.

The novels within Iraq had gone through many stages and had been affected by many factors such as the second world war etc.

The writers had their own ideas and ways to express their thoughts and feelings.

Different writers of different eras had their own features, different topics to discuss also affected by different factors. Every era had different famous writers.

The liberation tendency also had its appearance in the literature path.

The Iraqi literature was affected by the liberation tendency as well as the writers. Some Iraqi writers denied the action of iraqi writers who turn a blind eye to real life matters, misery, and suffering of people living there.

Also a bunch of  writers defended the freedom of writers and artists in writing, in their opinion, the literature loses all of its characteristics and its components if it loses the freedom to describe their thoughts.

Writers completed their works with their own ways and ideas, with some people supporting while other do not.

In every era, different writers were affected by different factors and incidents, they discussed different topics and went through different stages, their writings also went through many different stages affected by different factors.

Sometimes, these factors were of  political factors, social, stratified, wars and things that took place in Iraq etc.

Those writers wrote on different charecters of different classes, discussed the sufferings of different classes in Iraq in their times and in their own words affected by the cruel events that happened in their life and its effects in their surroundings.
