Abstract

Two states were founded in the name of Islam on the map of the world, in which the first state was Madinah and then the second state was Pakistan. The main goal of an Islamic state is to establish a society where the divine commandments and the religion of Islam can be implemented. After the establishment of the state of Madinah, the rules, regulations and laws were being revealed by Allah Ta'ala gradually, but the implementation of these rules and the guidance of the Muslims was the responsibility of the Prophetﷺ . Therefore, he implemented various strategies in a very systematic manner. Stabilized the internal affairs and external relations of the state.

Madinah's economy, society and government system reached its peak in a very short period of time. On the contrary, Pakistan, which was acquired in the name of Islam, did not pay attention to the implementation of Islamic rules and laws. Government has failed to solve the problems of the people. Economic and social problems are increasing day by day instead of decreasing. In this situation, some responsibilities are imposed on both the government and the citizens of Pakistan, by fulfilling which Pakistan can be properly In a sense, an Islamic state can be created.

The solution to all our problems is hidden in the implementation of Islamic laws and following the Qur'an and Sunnah. Because the best way and path among all the current methods is the path of Allah. We have lost our dignity in following others. The survival of the state of Pakistan is possible only by adopting the principles of Madinah state for recovery and implementing similar laws and regulations in the country.
