This topic is of great importance as it relates to the letters of the Arabic language, which is the language of the Qur’an. And that grammar will remain an important branch of the Arabic language that serves the Holy Qur’an and the noble Hadiths of the Prophet. The study of letters occupied a part of the interest of Arabic language scholars, because they found that the tools have great importance in the Arabic language, in which many styles are understood and what is in the language is understood. Of Magnificence and beauty, especially the transcribers, which are the widest doors of Grammar in terms of their inclusion of verbs and letters, including “That and That is ” and they are more used, so the goal of my research was “that and that” through the hadiths of Muwatta Imam Malik a semantic grammatical study And I dealt with the transcribers “that” and “that” in this treatise because of its importance in the speech of the Arabs.. It was my great honor to present a topic related to the linguistic aspect of the Muwatta’, so I chose (“That” and “That is” in the Muwatta of Imam Malik) to search for their secrets, reveal their meanings, and their uses in Prophet Mohammad speech. I divided this modest work into the introduction, the preface, the two chapters, and the conclusion of the research.
