Islamic Banking; An Analysis
Abstract
A number of countries has moved toward the transformation of their economic system to more closely with the traditions of Islam. The most far-reaching attempts in this direction have taken place in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and in Iran. The process of Islamization of these economic systems will be go ahead with the passage of time.
There will be discussed in this article the modes of financing in Islamic banks in the light of Shariah. The term “Islamic Economics” defines a complete system that prescribes specific patterns of social and economic behavior for any person. It includes upon set of issues, such as property rights, the incentive system, allocation of resources, types of economic freedom, the system of economic decision making and the positive role of the state of the country.
