The Islamic faith has exerted regulatory influence on society by utilizing family rules. When an organization is well-structured, and its practices and traditions about inheritance are designed to serve the greater good of humanity, the result is a state of tranquility in the lives of its individuals. Before the Prophet's mission commences, the period transpired devoid of divine revelation, giving rise to numerous challenges throughout this epoch. It is noteworthy, however, that the Prophets had previously established an exemplary societal framework. During the era of Jahiliya, the societal position of men was likewise impacted. Despite numerous amenities for women and families, which males primarily provided, the Jahili community failed to recognize and acknowledge these advancements.
There is a persistent call for equitable freedom for women comparable to men's in contemporary society. According to Western scholars, there is a prevailing belief that men hold a more significant position in the organization of society, thus advocating for the equitable inclusion of women in the process of building and advancing the world. Furthermore, comprehensive responses to inquiries or uncertainties regarding the assertion that Islam defines an individual's nationality have been provided in the past. The subsequent passages examine an individual's citizenship, duties, and the extent of his authority, aiming to facilitate the enforcement of familial legislation. Society has the potential to progress in a positive direction, wherein comprehensive solutions to inquiries about domestic matters can be obtained.
