Abstract

Rhetoric in language: Rhetoric for the people of the language is a good speech with its eloquence and performance to the intended meaning. The eloquent man is the one who is eloquent and well-spoken. He conveys with the words of his tongue the most important meanings in his soul, which he wants to express and communicate to whomever he wants to communicate what is in his soul۔ The origin of the word matter in the language revolves around the arrival of something to its purpose and end, or the delivery of something to its purpose and end. It says linguistically: something has reached its reach and a message, if it has reached and finished to its purpose. And it says: I communicated the thing with notification and communication, and I communicated it with notification, if I brought it to its goal and end. And the boy has reached puberty and the girl has reached puberty, if they reach the end of a stage without commissioning, and they enter into the commissioning stage, and that is with the boy’s wet dream and the maid’s menstruation, and it is said: an adult male, and an adult and an adult female. The ultimate command is the command that reached its goal and was effective. Rhetoric is a description of speech and a description of the speaker eloquence in terminology: It is the conformity of speech to the requirements of the situation of the addressee with the eloquence of his vocabulary and sentences.
