Abstract

This Article covers one aspect of Islamic trade system, where one group provides capital. while the other group works hard. Amam Ahmad Raza Khan has made crystal-clear the limitation of Mozarbat. Due to modern day banking and Insurance Companies working interests element includes. Islam provides its substitutional method in which the profit is not fixed. Proletarian can spend money in a changeless manner with set precondition. He becomes lawyer of private-enterprise in first period and in second guarantor and in third partner. Thus it also demands honesty. If honesty persists then capitalist will face loss and proletariat efforts will ruin. In case of dishonesty proletariat will have to face loss. Islam provides a pure system which is unadulterated or free from interest. A process in which capitalist and proletariat both have advantage.
