Abstract

Islam serves as a complete code of life, intended to guide all aspects of human existence. Its comprehensive guidance applies to every field of human life, leaving no aspect without direction. When adhered to and implemented, God's creatures experience peace and comfort. However, it is disheartening to note that the entire Muslim Ummah finds itself entangled in pervasive social corruption today. This predicament arises from our academic recognition of Islam as a code of life, while in practice, we have confined its application to individual lives and places of worship, viewing it as a mere collection of thoughts and rituals.

During the time of the Prophet (Peace be upon him), there were influences from earlier practices. Many individuals blindly followed these acts of worship and treated them merely as rituals. The Prophet (Peace be upon him) was the pioneer in abolishing, modifying, or preserving these rituals, emphasizing the importance of separating the requirements of ritual from the essence of Sharia.

Considering the same context, the current era differs from the era of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) due to various contemporary challenges and requirements. However, the foundational principles established during the Prophet's time remain steadfast. By drawing inspiration from that era, we can shape the best possible model for the present time."
