The Qur'an and Sunnah contain complete guidance regarding our daily routines. The group that derives rulings from the Qur'an and Sunnah is called the jurists. Those who made ijtihad in these rules and explained to the Ummah in a clear way what is halal and haram, permissible and illegitimate. As if Islamic jurisprudence is the name of the practical interpretation of the Qur'an and Sunnah۔ The jurists worked hard on jurisprudence. Therefore, fiqh and usul fiqh have been defined differently. Jurisprudence is divided into three styles۔ Some said that jurisprudence is the name of conjecture, some said that definiteness is called jurisprudence, while according to the third group, both definite and conjectural rulings are called jurisprudence. In the same way, opinions differ with reference to the subject of jurisprudence. The basic sources of jurisprudence are Quran and Sunnah. Apart from this, in the sub-sources, like qiyas,istihsan,istishab e hal,masalih mursalah,urf o adat and qoul e sahabi etc. are important.
