Abstract

This study deals with an aspect of rhetoric in the Qur’anic systems. This aspect is represented in explaining the secret of the Holy Qur’an’s use of word forms, singular or plural, within the framework of systems and what these formulas suggest of meanings and rhetorical secrets within a specific context.

In the Qur’anic systems there are expressions that are associated with the singular or the plural, and are not found in another form, and other words in which the Qur’anic system is modified from one form to another, for a rhetorical purpose that seeks to achieve it. He puts the words in the plural form without other forms, varied in styles and modifies the forms according to what is required by the meaning and the context of speech, and whoever looks closely at the Qur’anic systems discovers accuracy in choosing the forms of words so that if they were replaced by others, the systems would be disturbed and the meaning would differ.
