If there is no ijtihad, the Shari'ah will remain static. Renewal of religion is possible only thanks to Ijtihad in every era. Ijtihad is actually the name of the Mujtahid's full effort and strength. The importance of Ijtihad has been emphasized in Quran and Sunnah. The jurists of different periods have given different definitions of Ijtihad. The importance of ijtihad is in its place, but not everyone has the right to do ijtihad, but the ancient and contemporary jurists have set conditions for it, which must be fulfilled. Despite the best efforts, the rulings obtained from this ijtihad will be dubious. It is also necessary for a mujtahid to know the sciences of logic and simulation. Likewise, it is necessary to know the objectives of the Shariat, to be familiar with the collective rulings and to understand the methods of speculation and to be aware of the principles of jurisprudence.
