"Democracy" is a system of life in which there is government by the people, government for the people and government by the people. In this, the minimum age limit of the voter is fixed. The rest of his education, his character's thinking and understanding does not interfere in it.
"Monarchy" refers to the monarchy or imperial system of government. That government forces people to fulfill the personal goals and wishes of the king. In it, the king's mandate is derived from the law. The entire nation and the national treasury are considered his personal property. He is considered above criticism. He is not accountable to anyone. His every rule is obeyed by God, that is, the king becomes God himself in human form. The subjects are oppressed. They make themselves slaves. Basic human rights are usurped. One family remains in power.
The word "Khilafah" is derived from the Holy Book of the Holy Qur'an. In the literal sense, "Khilafah" refers to the succession and authority of the local and honorable. "Khilafah" is a gift from God according to its Quranic concept. Peace be upon you. The Caliphate is the leadership of Muslims and the succession of the Messenger of God. In Shariah and political affairs, this ownership of powers is not a name, but a responsibility and honor. This word is also used for state and government. That is, where it is an ideology and concept, there is also an institution and system. The name of the society organized on the basis of Islamic principles and also of its governing body. The best example of this is the period of the Prophet ﷺ and after him the period of the rule of the trained right successors of the Prophetﷺ the Caliphs, which is called the Rashidah Caliphate. And this system of life is distinguished and different from communism and exploitation, liberalism, democracy and monarchy.
