Abstract

“The Holy Prophet's (peace be upon him) biography has been described as a practical example of the practical interpretation of the Holy Qur'an and the command of Allah Almighty. With the passage of time, various interpretations of the Holy Qur'an kept increasing. Many commentaries have been written on the Holy Qur'an where other commentators have worked. Dr. Israr Ahmad in his Tafsir Bayan Al-Qur'an shed light on various aspects of the life of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). Dr. Israr Ahmad has described the characteristics of Prophethood and Prophetic virtues in detail. Your (SAW) qualities and virtues are so much that it is impossible to count them. For example, in his commentary, Dr. Israr Ahmad has mentioned Allah Ta'ala's defense by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. Your commentary is very short but comprehensive.”
