Abstract

Banu Nazir was a great tribe of Jews which was settled toward Awali near Masjid Quba.He left his native and settled near Wadi Bathan in the south – east of Madinah.This was the largest valley of Madinah.After the Battle of Uhud, these people openly opposed the Muslims. And they broke the agreement they made with the Holy Prophet, What you did to them after migration. Two tribes of Banunazir and Qruaiza lived two miles outside Madinah on relatively low-level land. When the tribe of Banunazir visited the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, to implement some of the provision of the agreement. Powerful people made this conspiracy. That when you sit down to talk, a person drops a rock on you from above. Allah Ta’ala informed you of this conspiracy through revelation and you got up from there and left, after this incident you sent a message to Banu Nazir that now our agreement with you people has ended and we set a period for you to leave Madinah and where to go within this period.Otherwise, the Muslims will be free to attack you. Some hypocrites went and assured Bani Nazir that you people are adamant. If the Muslims attack, we will support you.Otherwise, Muslims will be free to attack you, and some hypocrites want and assured Banunazir that you people are adamant. If the Muslims attack, we will support you. Therefore Ban Nazir did not leave Madinah within the stipulated period, the Messenger of Allahﷺbesieged their fort after the period passed and the hypocrites did not help them. At last the people surrendered and the Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered them to be exiled from Madaniya Tayyaba in 4A.H. but allowed them to take all their property and wealth with them except weapons. During the siege, their gardens and field were also cut and burned, thus the people of Banunazair were exiled for the first time and settled in Jericho and Tima areas of Syria.Mian Muhammad Jameel was born in 1947in Kasur Gohar chak district of Punjab.
