Abstract

This article is related to the manners of taking fatwas, in the light of the teachings of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Which will reveal the golden manners of acquiring knowledge. Dar ul ifta Islamic is a renowned institution of Justice and dispensation. As its origin arises out of the era Holy Prophet ( SAW). That's why it's history is as old as Islamic history itself is. First and foremost grand Cleric is Holy Prophet ( SAW) . The grandeur of this institution is clearly evident from the Quranic injunction in Surah Nisa, which associates it with Allah Almighty. There is denying the fact that status of decree is much more elevated. Because; through this forum, the religion as well as the Shariah Laws and it's constraints by Allah all can be guarded well. In short, dignified ethical values have been enunciated in Quran, Hadith and Fiqh in such a way which proves a torch bearer for those who are to take ascension of this elevated portion.
