Abstract

It is possible for each person in a society to be followers of the equal religion, but according to the command of Allah Almighty, in most societies there are humans of various religions. Even although they live collectively because of variations of religion, their places of worship are extraordinary. And it's also acknowledged that a real follower of any faith loves his location of worship more than something else. On the alternative hand, each sane character and mind considers the safety and fee of worship as "non secular freedom" and "peace". While on the contrary, "religious narrow-mindedness" and "unrest".  On this foundation, Islam has made arrangements to provide non-Muslim nations and citizens and minorities with such rights and privileges and protection of religious freedom, especially places of worship, as has never been seen before in history. Because the protection and creation of places of worship is a part of spiritual freedom, not an exception. Therefore, safety of places of worship has been furnished in all periods like Prophet hood, Sahaba, Umayyad, Banu Abbas and Ottoman Caliphate. And within the light of Islamic teachings, this technique continues to be occurring.
